Miss McKenzie is 18 months Old

SO posting pictures with little snip its, is so much easier for me to do on here, but I figured it's about time I write a little something, and then of course add a few pictures.

In celebration of my wonderful baby girl turning 18 months old, I decided to write 18 reasons why I love her and 18 ways my life has completely changed (for the better) since she has come into mine and jakes life.

My love for McKenzie/Why I lover her:

1. Her innocence
2. Her smile
3. Her contagious laughter and giggle
4. Her thoughtfulness, yes I know she's a toddler, but somehow this little person knows when mommy is sad, and is always the first one to sit on my lap and kiss me.
5. Whenever she says ma'ma my heart melts
6. Her love for animals mainly "ruff ruffs"
7. Her LOVE for her daddy, that only I could match ;)
8. Her sweet tooth
9. The way she says: bath"bass" dog"arff arff" truck"chruck" grandpa"papa" mollis"moshiss" juice"joosiss" night night"nigh nigh"
10. Her beautiful blue eyes
11. CURLY hair!
12. her open mouth wet kisses
13. Knuckles (she does knuckle bumps!) and high fives
14. How she cuddles with her stuffed dog, named of course "arf arf"
15. How she has slept through the night since she was 5 weeks old.
16. How she is incredibly curious and smart!
17. Because sometimes I think/know that she can still see heaven and smiles at my ancestors, including my fav grandpa Service :)
18. Because she is MINE. and she loves ME.

18 things that have changed since her birth

1. I now work part time with the bank, but full time for her.
2. My house is filled to the brim with toys
3. My dog molly doubles as a pony.
4. I always have apple juice in my fridge
5. My tile is usually sticky
6. I have baby clothes mixed in with my laundry.
7. I sleep better at home when jake is at work, just knowing she is here.
8. I have more patience for moms and dads with young babies in church, restaurants, stores ETC. because I know how it feels
9. I have watched telletubbies
10. I ALWAYS have a binki(pacifier) in the bottom of my purse.
11. I have the worst anxiety of my LIFE thinking she may be in harm or danger.
12. I watch the news (i used to make fun of my mother for always watching the news, but its like as soon as you become a mom you watch it too!!)
13. I only call Jake "Daddy".
14. I no longer lose weight as fast as I used too, and I'm definitely not a size 3 anymore!
15. I have a 14 year old girls phone number in my cell phone for babysitting!! (I used to be that 14 yr old girl!)
16. Mothers day is celebrated for me...not just my mom
17. I have more baby food and treats in my fridge and cupboards then adult food for jake and I.
18. I can't remember much about what life was like when I was single and when I wasn't a MOM! OH and we match when we take pictures together! LOL
