The day before the 4th of July, my work (Bank Of America) wanted everyone to dress up wacky red white and blue, so of course you know me DID! 500 spirit points were up for grabs to the craziest/best dressed. (spirit points are good for buying great stuff from the B of A website..tvs, i pods ect)
anyway...here is how i looked at work on July 3rd (we of course we closed the 4th, gotta love bankers hours!)

Anyway funny part of the story.... NObody, i MEAN nobody BUT me and my manager dressed up! Every one was such slackers! They all got the 3rd degree though from my manager, because it was MANDATORY to at least wear red, white and blue. So hands down, i WON!...by default?... and looked perty cute i must say myself, it was a fun day and I loved every minute of it!
Then...on the 4th
Jake, mcKenzie and I went to Flagstaff, AZ where the weather is MARVELOUS!
Jakes mom and step dad Ron live there.
We had a BBQ and the Flagstaff symphony did a show at an outside amphitheater with a lazer light show (no fireworks with the high fire season)
It was quite the adventure! We actually wore sweaters! very weird in July...Any way McKenzie was SO cute and SO good the entire time, she is growing up so fast!
Enjoy a few of the pictures! and of course the cute video of McKenzie on the mini trampoline video!
Oh man....and how I miss my baby girl, Grammy and Zadie (yiddish for Grandpa) (Ron is Jewish) Took McKenze for a WHOLE week to stay with them in Flagstaff! She is there until Friday, and I don't know what to do with myself! Cleaning the house...and vegging...what is that!? I don't remember what life was like without a child in it! But we like the time to ourselves once and a while and she loves her time with her grandparents!

Love love love the ribbon in Kenzie's hair for the 4th! And congrats on winning, you patriotic lady! Boo on those slackers! Geez, dressing up is fun- tell them to stop worrying about what people will think and lighten up!
