Spontaneous Disney Trip

I got a wild hair one night and decided I wanted a vacation and that we should drive to Disneyland!! why not!?

We left home around midnight (not telling the kids where we were going) arrived in Anaheim about 6:30am, ate at I-hop where McKenzie asked us "Are we at Disneyland?" there is NO fooling that girl! Our hotel let us check in early which was AMAZING! not to mention last minute booking was SUPER inexpensive at a NICE hotel! Hyatt Regency for $84! And free shuttle to Disneyland! Anyway...so we got ready,and headed to Disneyland for the entire day! It was Brady's first trip, and McKenzie's most favorite place ever! it's all decorated for Halloween, and the fireworks which are my favorite were fabulous! Of course the kids were asleep by 8:30pm! Jake and I people watched and ate ice cream until 11:00 before we crashed out and headed back to the hotel. We all slept like rocks! The hotel was amazing! Some friends of ours were in the park the same day as us, and invited us to a character breakfast the next day at the Grand Californian! What a fun experience and yummy breakfast! After eating we spent a few hours in downtown Disney, and then headed home! 48 hour spontaneous trip! It was so fast, so fun, and the least stressful trip I think I've ever taken! of course we were all wiped the next few days and had to catch up on some major sleep! but definitely got some GREAT pictures and some great memories!Goofy! and my baby BUMP! 12 weeks pregnant!
