It's Official we no longer reside in our townhouse. We have it completely empty... (except for fudgsicles we left in the freezer for when we go back on Friday to clean :) hahaha We also have one offer in with the bank for a prospective BUYER! and Daily I have Realtor's calling and people are walking through! whoo hoo! :)
Also, I have to make a comment on my ability to know the future.... In the last year I have "called three"things" that I said would happen, those 3 things have happened in this last week....that's all I have to say, the stars are aligning and I am psychic....sweet.
